We have 2 one-bed-room suites 117 feet in the basement. In each suite there are 2 twin beds and a private washroom and a shower attached. We prefer light/minimal cooking students or new comers on working visa because of a SHARED kitchen. Tenants will share a common kitchen and a dedicated workplace.
This property is located in a quiet neighbourhood close to downtown area. There are grocery stores, Chinese restaurant, fried chick, grills, coffee and other fast food within 5 minutes walk. Bus rout #28 has a stop right in front of the house, it may take you to the bus terminal and anywhere you want to go.
